This campaign is conducted by Leatherman Australia (“Promoter”).

Campaign Overview

The Promoter is offering customers the opportunity to purchase the limited-edition Leatherman Garage Batch #010: Picnic tool (“Picnic Tool”) and a limited-edition custom-engraved tumbler (“Tumbler”) as a bundle.

Only 48 units of Picnic Tools are available for purchase across Australia and New Zealand.

Eligibility

This campaign is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over.

Purchase Limit

To give as many customers as possible a fair opportunity to purchase this limited-edition release bundle, each person may purchase a maximum of one (1) Picnic Tool.

The Picnic Tool must be purchased with the Tumbler as a bundle. The discounted Tumbler price applies only when purchased together with the Picnic Tool in the same order. The Tumbler can be purchased on its own at full price.

Orders containing more than one (1) Picnic Tool may be cancelled or adjusted at the Promoter’s discretion. Multiple orders for the Picnic Tool made by the same person may also be cancelled at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or attempts to circumvent these Terms & Conditions.

Tumbler Pricing

The Tumbler’s recommended retail prices (RRP) are as follows:

• Australia: $39.95 when purchased separately, or an additional $20.00 when purchased together with the Picnic Tool.
• New Zealand: $45.90 when purchased separately, or an additional $25.00 when purchased together with the Picnic Tool.

The discounted price applies only when the Tumbler is purchased together with the Picnic Tool as part of the same order. All prices are in the relevant local currency (AUD for Australia and NZD for New Zealand).

Pricing and Payment

Product prices, shipping costs, available payment methods, and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

All purchases are subject to the Promoter’s standard website terms, conditions, and policies.

Shipping

The products are available for delivery only within Australia and New Zealand.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. As the Tumbler is custom-engraved in-house, additional processing time may be required to complete engraving and prepare orders for dispatch. Customers should allow additional time for fulfilment and delivery.

Campaign Changes and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time where reasonably necessary.

Limitations of Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected orders;
• technical disruptions;
• email delivery failures; or
• website or payment processing issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with this campaign or the purchase of the products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia or New Zealand, as relevant to the participant’s place of residence.
